The trouble with designing is that you can’t share projects until they’re published. I made this gorgeous bag months ago, when the sun was shining. The brief was to make a bag from scraps of yarn – hence the construction has a seam where you can weave in all those unruly ends – if I was making this in a “new” yarn I would definitely recommend working in the round. You can find the pattern in the current issue of Craftseller.
I loved the colours of this bag, and when it eventually finds its way back to me I’ll be using it in the summer time to brighten up my shopping trips to the village post office.
In other news – the snow is gone and today is bright and breezy – I have washing on the line again.
Such a small thing but it makes me happy!

I admire your secret keeping skills too!
