Christmas Gift Knitting

People often ask me what I knit in the summer, the answer is I crack on with my gift knitting, Lots of small, simple projects that don’t take up much room and can easily be worked on between weeding sessions in the garden.

This year I seem to have plenty of ideas for mittens – so be warned, if you are the proud owner of a pair of wrists, these – or something similar will be in your stocking on 25th December! The pattern still needs some modifications, as yet I’ve only perfected the toddler size, but hopefully I’ll have adult versions featuring some rather pretty fair isle designs soon.

Now, back to those crochet Easter Eggs ….
