Last week”The Teen” and I took ourselves off to London for a couple of days. We ate lovely food, saw a fabulous production of Rosencrantz and Guilenstern are Dead, did a backstage tour at the National – oh and spotted some crochet cushions – in a beach hut on the South Bank.
Glad to be home, but oh, we did have a lovely time!

/ August 2, 2011I want one of those beach huts – I wonder if Malcolm would make one for me ……. he made me a garden shed at our last house! I haven’t been to London since the 80s (when we lived in Hampshire ….. I would love to go back and do the whole tourist bit!

/ August 3, 2011The beach huts were fab. It was lovely to go to London as a tourist and not for work, rediscovered some old haunts and favourite places. Tx
