Here's another one from Michelle over at British Mummy Bloggers - sounds delicious.
Our family and friends love a classic nut roast. A veggie cliche, but it is delicious and even my carnivorous husband requests it on a regular basis.

I usually do a version of Waitrose's recipe and will add anything seasonal that's a bit nutty (e.g. Jerusalem Artichokes) and I always add chestnuts as it doesn't quite taste the same without them.

Serve with leeks in cheese sauce and roast spuds or a nice spicy tomato sauce and salad. A dish delish....

It can be made the day before and will keep in the fridge if you need to heat it up during the week....also a great Sarnie filler that the kids love too.
